Toys from Home

We recognize that toys from home may be needed during your child’s first days at our Center to help him/her cope with the transition from home to school.   We ask, however, that after your child has had a reasonable time to adjust, that all toys be left at home as the Center cannot be responsible if they are lost, damaged, or misplaced.  Another concern with toys brought from home is the fact that they may carry germs and sickness from home to the Center.  The toys, game tables, chairs, cubbies, counters, shelves and anything that is touched in the Center are disinfected quite often to insure the cleanest and healthiest environment for your child.  Chances are that the toys brought from home have not been disinfected and should be left at home.  At no time should guns, war toys, fighting figures, or other toys of destruction be brought to the Center.
